Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING

House of Mi Cielo ships via UPS and USPS. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of you package.

Orders will not be fulfilled if you provide a P.O. Box address.

We only ship orders in the continental USA.

 

RETURNS

Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Personalized items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will not be processed until product is received and quality checked.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a n email confirmation to the email address entered at the time off purchase.

To initiate a return, simply send an email to houseofmicielo@gmail.com and let us know what items you will be returning.

CANCELATIONS

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase. As after 24 hours we may have already started preparing your item.
